Accessibility Statement

Barrierefreiheitserklärung · Flowent AI Studio

Our commitment

Flowent AI Studio is committed to making its platform and public website usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we work continuously to improve the experience for all users.

Our services are offered to businesses (B2B) only and are not directed to consumers. This statement nonetheless applies to everyone who interacts with our website and product.

Standards we aim for

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Where applicable, we also seek to align our practices with the following frameworks:

  • United States – ADA & Section 508: the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, which reference WCAG 2.0/2.1 Level AA.
  • European Union – European Accessibility Act (EAA): Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.
  • Germany – BFSG: the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (Accessibility Reinforcement Act), which transposes the EAA into German law and applies from 28 June 2025.

We describe our status as “partially conformant”: parts of the content may not yet fully meet the targeted standard. We do not claim to be fully compliant, and we are actively working to close the remaining gaps.

Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure and descriptive headings.
  • Keyboard navigability and visible focus states for interactive elements.
  • Text alternatives for non-text content where appropriate.
  • Sufficient color-contrast targets for text and key interface elements.
  • ARIA roles and labels for custom controls where helpful.
  • Accessibility considerations as part of our design and review process.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the platform may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas under ongoing remediation include:

  • Complex interactive components such as the visual pipeline builder and certain data visualizations may have limited support for screen readers and keyboard-only operation.
  • Some third-party and embedded components may not fully meet the targeted standard.
  • Color contrast and focus handling may vary across newer or in-progress areas of the interface.

We treat reported barriers as a priority and address them as part of our ongoing development work.

Reporting an accessibility barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or platform, or if you need information in an alternative format, please let us know. Where possible, include the page address (URL), a description of the issue, and the assistive technology, browser, or device you were using.

Contact us at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five business days and to work with you toward a resolution.

Hinweis (Deutsch)
